Farmer charged with dumping manure

July 15, 2009, Carver County, MN – A Minnesota dairy farmer has been
charged with illegally discharging “significant amounts” of liquid and
dried manure into the groundwater.

July 15, 2009, Carver County, MN – A Minnesota dairy farmer has been charged with illegally discharging “significant amounts” of liquid and dried manure into the groundwater.

Dahlgren Township farmer Dennis P. Lenzen was charged with two misdemeanors: allowing animal manure to flow into surface tile intake and creating a nuisance condition.
