That question is being debated by the owners of Krochmal Farms and Wilmington
officials, who have been tangled in a two-year legal dispute over the type of
operations on the site, and whether it should be operating at all.

The Cave family,
four-generation owners of the crop and livestock farm that straddles the
Tewksbury-Wilmington town line, are mystified by recent decisions made by
Wilmington officials, which they believe have one overarching purpose — to
drive them out of town.
