Washington State University assistant professor who has conducted extensive
research on the environmental impact of diary production, will be a guest
speaker at Western United Dairymen’s annual convention on Thursday, March 17.

Washington State University assistant professor who has conducted extensive
research on the environmental impact of diary production, will be a guest
speaker at Western United Dairymen’s annual convention on Thursday, March 17.

Some of her most high
profile research has focused on comparing the environmental impact of milk
produced under modern (2007) and historical (1944) production systems. That
research showed that modern dairy production systems are much more efficient
and environmentally friendly that systems used in 1944.
