Farm, held Sunday at Holsum Elm Dairy.
July 6, 2009, Chilton, Wisc. – Visitors had an opportunity to see how cow manure is converted to electric power during Sundae on a Dairy Farm, held Sunday at Holsum Elm Dairy.

The Holsum Elm Dairy operation employs 70 full-time workers who take care of 8,000 cows that produce over a half-million pounds of milk per day.
