MN — A dairy farmer turned custom manure applicator is this year's Minnesota
Pork Industry Environmental Steward Award winner.

Dankers Enterprises, Inc.,
owned by Bruce Dankers of Goodhue will receive the award Jan. 18 at the
Minneapolis Hilton Hotel. The awards ceremony is the evening before Pork
Congress, held Jan. 19 and 20 at the Minneapolis Convention Center.
