Dairy air quality webinar in CA

February 1, 2011 – A
webinar focused on the Central Valley air district’s air quality regulations –
known as Rule 4570 – will be held February 17 at noon.

webinar focused on the Central Valley air district’s air quality regulations –
known as Rule 4570 – will be held February 17 at noon.

The educational webinar is
sponsored by DeLaval and will feature the Western United Dairymen’s environmental specialist Paul
Sousa. He will discuss the rule that affects dairies in the San Joaquin valley
with 500 and more milking cows, how the new silage requirements impact dairies
and other changes recently implemented in the rule.
