Cornell Extension hosting manure workshop

August 29, 2016, Cohocton, NY – Cornell Cooperative Extension of Steuben County is hosting a manure management workshop from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 12 at the Joe Dyckman Farm at the intersection of Black Creek Hollow and county Route 36 in Cohocton, NY.
The workshop will explore different application practices and feature guest speakers and live demonstrations from Ortel Supply and Larry Romance and Son. Best tillage practices will be addressed after manure application processes. Lunch will be provided for $10 per person.
