Environmental Resources Coalition most recent accomplishment is a project grant
from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to help livestock producers
reduce manure runoff.
The project’s name is a
mouthful – Comprehensive Livestock Environmental Assessments and Nutrient Management plans – or CLEANmp, for short. Its goal is simple: Help operators
with plans to reduce manure runoff impacts in sensitive watersheds.
