Civil lawsuit launched against proposed WI dairy

town of Richfield have filed a civil case in Dane County Circuit Court to stop the
farm from becoming a reality.

farm from becoming a reality.
Family Farm Defenders,
Madison, and Bob Clarke, who owns a seasonal home on Pleasant Lake south of
Coloma and near Richfield, filed a lawsuit July 22 against the WI Department
of Natural Resources asking for an administrative review of the agency’s
statutory approval of the building plans for the farm.
