Charges filed in IN river manure discharge

August 31, 2016, Greensburg, IN – A Milroy man is facing felony charges following an investigation into a large fish kill in the Little Flatrock River.

The 41-year-old man is facing two Level 6 felony charges of criminal mischief resulting in at least $50,000 in damages, and transporting hazardous waste to an unpermitted facility with the offense resulting in damages to the environment, according to court documents. READ MORE
