Cadman’s latest model to the lineup of drag hose reels is the 4600M.

Cadman’s latest model to the lineup of drag hose reels is the 4600M. This reel features an 11ft8in overall width. The walking beam axles carry four radial tires: 3.85 – 65 x R22.5. Twin hydraulic motors retrieve the hose at a speed up to 60ft/min. The 4600M has a hose size of 4.6in inside diameter by 1550ft.
Cadman says that the 4600M will flow 60,000gal/hr and more importantly, the 1550ft of hose will cover 104 square acres of ground in one setup or it will cover a long 80 (2640ft x 1320ft) in one setup. Typically, Cadman hard hose drag reels are three times faster than a tank application and are also faster than a soft hose drag system because soft hose systems cannot do a long 80 with one setup.
The lack of compaction is another benefit of the 4600M as compared to tank application.
