a bill aimed at protecting state parks and reservoirs from livestock manure may
testify on the bill today (Jan. 20) in the Indiana House Agriculture and Rural
Development Committee.
The bill would prohibit establishing a confined animal
feeding operation within two miles of the boundary of a state park or reservoir
operated, maintained or managed by the Indiana Department of Natural Resources.
