their crops while controlling odors and protecting streams.

August 9, 2010 – An experiment currently taking place on Jerry Brubaker’s farm in Penn Township could give farmers a means to nourish their crops while controlling odors and protecting streams.

The Penn State Cooperative Extension and the U.S. Natural Resources Conservation Service are experimenting with a manure injection system at farms in five Pennsylvania counties.
