Mistral is a bedding conditioner that serves a number of purposes including reducing ammonia levels in barns, sheds, and other livestock raising facilities. The super-absorbent processed powder is made up of clay, seaweed, dry oils and minerals.

When sprinkled in with bedding or on wet/slippery surfaces, the product will bind to urea from urine and prevent it from turning to ammonia gas. The reduction in ammonia will not only help in odor control, but will increase the amount of nitrogen retained in the manure by reducing nitrogen lost as gas. Mistral will also extend the useful life of bedding through its absorbent properties.

Mistral is an all natural product that is safe to the animal, handler and environment. It will stay suspended in slurry manure storage facilities, and is non-corrosive to equipment and facilities.
