Agroindustrias Allende, S de RLMI has named Worldwide BioEnergy, LLC as the exclusive US distributor for its rotating screen separator. Agroindustrias Allende has sold over 500 separators worldwide for a variety of applications including separating swine manure, cattle manure, feathers from water and extracting juice from apples while separating skin and seeds. These high-efficiency units offer superior quality at affordable prices, says the company. Worldwide BioEnergy will market the separators in the US under the brand name of Bio-Solids Separator (BSS).
The BSS is said to be ideal for separating solid manure and other waste products from a liquid medium. Slurry mixtures are fed into the rotating screen at a designated flow rate determined by the solids content of the mixture. Dewatering occurs as the mixture is screened and augured through the drum. The patented adjustable cone pressure design allows the moisture content of separated solids to be reduced to as low as 35 percent.
Worldwide BioEnergy will be offering a system to meet almost every need, with capacities from 20 to 400 gallons per minute. An optional companion clarifier to treat liquids will be introduced later this year.
The Worldwide BioEnergy Bio-Solids system will produce solids that can be used for fertilizer or composting and water that can be used for flushing or irrigation without building up nutrients in the soil. The removed phosphates and nitrogen can be used as fertilizer.
