Addressing large-scale livestock concerns in WI

October 2, 2015, Ashland, WI – Five different members of the public weighed-in during the public comment portion of the recent Large Scale Livestock Study Committee meeting.

Three different presenters also spoke speak to the committee plus about 30 people occupying the audience. Presenters included: Bob Watson with his presentation, “Will our present be your future;” UW-Madison’s Dr. Becky Larson with her presentation “Manure Digesters for Manure Management;” and Corporate Counsel from Attorney Linda Coleman’s presentation on possible action regarding a proposed Operational Ordinance.
