September 1, 2010, Langley, BC – Two companies and four
people have been charged in connection with three deaths at a British Columbia
mushroom farm and composting plant in 2008.
The tragedy happened in
September 2008 in the Vancouver suburb of Langley when three people died and
two others were injured when they were overcome by gas in an enclosed space at
the facility.
