Ohio dairy pleads not guilty to polluting

May 20, 2010, Madison County, OH – The youthful Dutch operators of a mega-dairy in Union and Paint townships entered not guilty pleas in Madison County Municipal Court recently. May 20, 2010, Madison County, OH – The youthful Dutch operators of a mega-dairy in Union and Paint townships entered not guilty please in Madison County Municipal Court recently to charges of water pollution and violating the terms of their permits from the Ohio Department of Agriculture and the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency.

The two brothers, both in their 20s, appeared before the magistrate to answer criminal charges stemming from three separate manure spills at their farm in May 2008 and April 2010.
