January 26, 2010, Kirkland, NY – State and county officials
are investigating the recent spill of about 10,000 gallons of manure at a
Kirkland farm.
The liquid manure spilled during a transfer to a separate
storage facility at Don Champion Farm near Kirkland, Department of
Environmental Conservation spokesman Stephen Litwhiler said.
