Sept. 25, 2009, Rexville, WA – A fledgling anaerobic manure digester is now running at roughly 80 percent capacity near Rexville, WA, in southwestern Skagit County.

The plant produced its first power on August 30 and hosted Gov. Chris Gregoire at a ceremony Sept. 28.
