September 21, 2009, Joplin, MO – A U.S. District Judge will
hear Oklahoma’s clean water lawsuit against poultry companies beginning
September 24, 2009 in Tulsa, OK.
The lawsuit involves the alleged polluting of the Illinois
River watershed with bird manure that farmers spread on fields as fertilizer.
