DiGest 3+3 is a highly concentrated powdered blend of bacterial strains specially selected for degradation of a broad spectrum of organic wastes. The bacterial spores, when activated in an organic system, function aerobically and anaerobically.
In agriculture, DiGest 3+3 is said to reduce production of toxic gases in manure storage facilities, liquefies accumulated solids to increase pit capacity, and supplements bacterial activity in septic and mound systems. The synergistic bacterial/enzyme action of DiGest 3+3 biologically eliminates sulfur and obnoxious odors, reduces COD and BOD, diminishes suspended solids, reduces ammonia and enhances the biological activity of activated sludge.
