Anez Consulting Inc. of Willmar, MN, is an agricultural consulting firm that specializes in environmental compliance and crop consulting for livestock and crop producers in a 20 county area of central and western Minnesota.
Job Summary:
Anez Consulting Inc. is currently seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Environmental Compliance Consultant position at the Willmar, MN headquarters.
Anticipated responsibilities include assisting Lead Consultants in developing comprehensive nutrient management and conservation plans, building permit applications for new and/or expanding feedlots, and various crop consulting activities.
The Environmental Compliance Consultant position will enable the employee to build a base of knowledge and experience necessary to advance into a Lead Consultant position in 3-4 years.
Skill/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in agronomy, animal science, environmental science or related areas required. Farm background and/or ag business related experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is necessary.
Compensation:
Salary will be commensurate with educational background and professional experience with a minimum starting salary of $35,000 plus benefits/year.
